- 2-3 cups frozen vegetables (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, or mixed veggies)
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional parmesan cheese, lemon juice, or your favorite seasonings
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 2-3 minutes.
- Don’t thaw the vegetables! Use them straight from the freezer for best results.
- Toss the frozen veggies in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated. You don’t need much oil – just enough to help everything crisp up!
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd – cook in batches if needed.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes , shaking the basket halfway through. Cooking time depends on the type and size of vegetables
- Broccoli and cauliflower 10-12 minutes
- Brussels sprouts 12-15 minutes
- Green beans and carrots 8-10 minutes
- Check for doneness – they should be golden brown and crispy on the outside, tender inside.
- Season to taste and serve immediately while hot and crispy!
Pro Tips
- Don’t overcrowd the basket – crispy veggies need space!
- Shake or flip halfway through for even cooking
- Add parmesan cheese in the last 2 minutes for extra flavor
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over finished veggies for brightness
Enjoy your perfectly crispy air fryer vegetables! 🥦✨
